System Overview

The automated packaging line combines multiple advanced components to achieve fully automated bagging and palletizing:

  • Automatic Bag Feeding System – Stores and delivers empty bags continuously.

Workflow of Automatic Bagging Machine

  1. Automatic Bag Feeder: Two trays store up to 200 empty bags; the system automatically switches trays for continuous operation.

  2. Empty Bag Extraction: Bags are removed from the feeder and positioned for opening.

  3. Bag Opening: Vacuum suction opens the bag mouth for filling.

  4. Bag Feeding Device: Clamps the bag and inserts the filling spout.

  5. Transition Hopper: Guides material from weighing to bagging.

  6. Bag Bottom Tapping Device: Ensures even material distribution inside the bag.

  7. Horizontal Bag Movement & Clamping: Transfers the bag to the sealing station.

  8. Vertical Bag Conveyor: Moves filled bags downstream at a constant speed; adjustable height for different bag sizes.

  9. Transition Conveyor: Connects seamlessly with downstream equipment like sealing, labeling, or palletizing systems.
