Workflow of the Automatic Bagging System

1. Automatic Bag Feeder:
   Two horizontally arranged trays store around 200 empty bags (depending on bag thickness). The suction-type bag picker automatically supplies bags to the system, switching trays when one is empty for uninterrupted operation.

2. Empty Bag Extraction:
   Bags are automatically taken from the feeder and positioned for opening.

3. Empty Bag Opening:
   A vacuum suction device opens the bag mouth, preparing it for material filling.

4. Bag Feeding Device:
   The clamping mechanism holds the bag firmly while the filling spout inserts and begins feeding.

5. Transition Hopper:
   Connects the weighing unit to the bagging section, ensuring smooth and controlled material transfer.

6. Bag Bottom Tapping Device:
   Gently taps the bottom of the filled bag to ensure even material distribution and compact filling.

7. Bag Conveying and Guiding System:
   The filled bag is transferred onto the vertical conveyor, guided to the sealing station by a clamping device.

8. Vertical Bag Conveyor:
   Moves filled bags at a steady speed; the conveyor height is adjustable for different bag sizes.
