The DCS-GF granules bagging machine is a high-speed, quantitative packaging system integrating weighing, bag clamping, conveying, and sewing. Принцип работы

1. Manual bag loading: Bags are placed on the machine’s discharging port manually. The bag clamping switch is turned on.
2. Automatic bag clamping: Upon receiving the bagging signal, the control system drives the cylinder to clamp the bag securely.
3. Material feeding: The gravity-feeding mechanism transfers materials from the silo to the weighing scale.
4. Weight control: Once the target weight is reached, the feeding stops automatically, and the bag clamp releases.
5. Conveying & sewing: The filled bag falls onto the conveyor, moves to the sewing/sealing unit, and exits after sealing, completing the bagging process.
