The DCS-GF granules bagging machine is a high-speed, quantitative packaging system integrating weighing, bag clamping, conveying, and sewing. Trusted by users for many years, it is widely applied in light industry, chemical, metallurgy, building materials, ports, mining, food, grain, and other sectors.
Working Principle
- Manual bag loading: Bags are placed on the machine’s discharging port manually. The bag clamping switch is turned on.
- Automatic bag clamping: Upon receiving the bagging signal, the control system drives the cylinder to clamp the bag securely.
- Material feeding: The gravity-feeding mechanism transfers materials from the silo to the weighing scale.
- Weight control: Once the target weight is reached, the feeding stops automatically, and the bag clamp releases.
- Conveying & sewing: The filled bag falls onto the conveyor, moves to the sewing/sealing unit, and exits after sealing, completing the bagging process.
