ワークフロー
- Place the bulk bag on the clamping mechanism and hang the four corners on the hook device.
- Press the Start button; the clamping cylinder secures the bag mouth and opens the four corners.
- The controller automatically deducts the bag weight, and the feeding mechanism begins filling the bag.
- The vibration device ensures uniform material distribution, while excess dust escapes with airflow.
- As the set weight is reached, feeding slows, vibration stops, and filling ends with an accuracy of ±0.5%.
- The bag clamping cylinder releases the bag, and the forklift removes it for storage or shipment.
