Arbeitsablauf

1. Place the bulk bag on the clamping mechanism and hang the four corners on the hook device.
2. Press the Start button; the clamping cylinder secures the bag mouth and opens the four corners.
3. The controller automatically deducts the bag weight, and the feeding mechanism begins filling the bag.
4. The vibration device ensures uniform material distribution, while excess dust escapes with airflow.
5. As the set weight is reached, feeding slows, vibration stops, and filling ends with an accuracy of ±0.5%.
6. The bag clamping cylinder releases the bag, and the forklift removes it for storage or shipment.
