Description

The Granule Particle Feed Pellet Packing Machine is engineered for high-precision, fast, and efficient packaging of granular and powder materials. The system supports both single-scale and double-scale configurations. Double scales can discharge materials sequentially or simultaneously, effectively doubling the measurement range and maintaining high accuracy.

Notes:

• Models below 6 kg use dual vibrators: one fast large feeder and one slow small feeder with adjustable amplitude.
• Models 25 kg and above use gravity feeding for large feed and vibration feeding for small feed.
• Bag openings on 25 kg+ models are equipped with clamping devices.

Arbeitsprinzip

The DCS-GS series consists of:

• Feeding bin
• Vibrators (large & small)
• Weighing bucket
• Funnel
• Electrical control box
• Machine body

Operation Steps:

1. Material falls into large and small vibrators from the feeding bin.
2. Microcomputer controls both vibrators simultaneously, feeding materials into the weighing bucket.
3. Electronic scales monitor weight in real-time. Large vibration stops when near target weight; small vibration continues.
4. Once the exact weight is reached, small vibration stops, and the bagging process begins.
5. After bagging, the weighing bucket automatically unloads materials, closes, and refills for the next cycle.

This design ensures accurate, fast, and reliable packaging with minimal manual intervention.
