Arbeitsprinzip

The DCS-GF granules bagging machine operates as follows:

1. Manual bag loading: Place the bag on the machine’s discharging port.
2. Bag clamping: Activate the bag clamping switch. The control system drives the cylinder, and the gripper secures the bag.
3. Feeding: The gravity-fed mechanism sends material from the silo to the weighing scale.
4. Weighing: Once the target weight is reached, feeding stops automatically.
5. Bag release & transport: The bag falls onto the conveyor, which transports it to the sewing machine.
6. Sewing & output: After sealing, the finished bag is discharged, completing one bagging cycle.
