Biomass Pellets & Granules Semi-Automatic Bagging Machine

The DCS-GF series biomass pellets and granules packaging equipment is designed for semi-automatic filling, weighing, and packaging of granular or powdery materials. It is widely used in the feed, food, grain, and chemical industries, suitable for materials such as premix feed, concentrated feed, starch, chemical powders, washing powder, monosodium glutamate, chicken essence, corn, rice, and other granular products.

This series offers high precision, fast operation, and durable performance, making it ideal for quantitative packaging with manual bagging and inductive feeding.

Arbeitsprinzip

For single-hopper machines:

1. Manually place the bag onto the machine’s discharging spout.
2. Toggle the bag clamping switch. The control system activates the cylinder, and the bag clamp secures the bag.
3. The feeding mechanism delivers material from the silo to the weighing hopper.
4. Once the target weight is reached, feeding stops and the hopper is closed.
5. Material is discharged into the bag via gravity feeding.
6. After filling, the bag clamp opens automatically, and the filled bag falls onto the conveyor.
7. The conveyor transports the bag to the sewing station for manual or assisted sewing, completing the packaging process.

For double-hopper machines:

• Two weighing hoppers allow material discharge alternately or simultaneously, doubling the measuring range and precision when operating in parallel.
