Working Principle

 

The DCS-SF operates semi-automatically.2 An operator manually sets the target weight and places the packaging bag onto the blanking port.3 Upon activation, the control system clamps the bag while the double-screw feeder dispenses material from the silo. Once the target weight is reached, the bag clamper releases the filled bag onto the conveyor for transport to the sewing machine, where the packaging process is completed with manual assistance.
