The Semi-Automatic Bag Slitting and Emptying Machine is designed for unpacking and unloading bagged granular materials. It automates the bagging and unloading process for a wide range of materials, including nitrolime, magnesium oxide, fly ash, cement, PVC powder, and sawdust. The system utilizes a belt conveyor to feed the bags, a cutting device for slitting the bags, and a chain conveyor to separate the materials. The material is discharged into a receiving hopper by gravity, allowing the bags to be opened and emptied automatically.
Equipped with a dust collector system made of SUS304, this machine significantly improves the working environment by preventing dust pollution during operation.
