Introduction

This intelligent bagging machine is designed for granular and irregular materials. Using pneumatic gate or belt feeding and advanced stepless frequency conversion technology, it ensures efficient, accurate, and stable packaging.

The unit comprises four main parts: automatic weighing scale, conveying device, sewing unit, and feeding machine. It is compact, easy to operate, and provides precise quantitative packaging.

It is suitable for granular, powdery, strip, or block materials, such as: fertilizer, feed, Chinese medicine pieces and granules, premixes, washing powder, snack foods, sugar cubes, melon seeds, peanuts, dried fruits, roasted seeds and nuts, salt, MSG, chicken essence, seeds, grains, hardware, and other granular materials.

Working Principle

The DCS-GF series requires manual bag loading. Once the bag is placed on the discharge spout, the bag clamping switch is turned on. The control system then:

1. Activates the cylinder to clamp the bag.
2. Starts the feeding mechanism to transfer material from the silo to the weighing scale.
3. Uses gravity feeding to achieve the target weight.

After reaching the set weight:

• The feeding mechanism stops.
• The bag clamp releases, and the filled bag falls onto the conveyor.
• The bag is transported to the sewing machine for sealing and output.

This completes a fully automated bagging cycle with minimal manual intervention.
