The DCS-GS series granule and pellet feed packing machine is a high-precision, high-speed packaging solution designed for granular and powdered materials. Using microcomputer-controlled optical technology, it delivers accurate weighing, fast filling, and consistent quality, greatly simplifying traditional packaging processes. This automatic dosing system reduces labor and is ideal for tea, food, seeds, fruits, grains, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and small non-sticky solid components.

The machine can be configured with single or double weighing scales. Double scales can discharge materials alternately or simultaneously, effectively doubling the measuring range while maintaining accuracy.

Note:

• Models below 6kg use double vibrators: one for fast large feeding and one for slow small feeding; amplitude continuously adjustable.
• Models 25kg and above use gravity feeding for large feeding and vibration feeding for small feeding; small feeding amplitude adjustable.
• Models above 25kg have bag clamping device to secure bag opening.

Working Principle

The DCS-GS series consists of a feeding bin, vibrators, weighing bucket, funnel, electrical box, and body frame.

1. Materials fall from the feeding bin into the large and small vibrators.
2. Microcomputer control synchronizes the vibrators to feed materials into the weighing bucket.
3. The electronic scale dynamically monitors weight:
   • When weight approaches the target, the large vibrator stops, and the small vibrator continues for precise final adjustment.
4. When the target weight is reached, the small vibrator stops.
5. After weighing, the machine waits for bagging. Once bagging is complete, the weighing bucket opens for unloading and automatically closes for the next cycle.
