The PVC 1 Ton Bag Unloader is an automated bulk bag unloading system designed to efficiently unload 1 ton bags (also known as jumbo bags or FIBC bags) containing grains, powders, pellets, and other bulk materials. The system uses an electric hoist to lift the bags into position for unloading, and an integrated unloader drum ensures smooth material discharge.
The system features dual-pivot paddles that break up any material bridging or clumping in the bag’s outlet, as well as agitating the sides of the bag to stimulate material flow.
