Introduction / Product Overview:
The DCS-GS series fully automatic double bucket bagging machine is designed for precise and efficient packaging of granular materials such as sand, gravel, aggregates, rice, beans, seeds, peanuts, sugar, detergent powder, and animal feed pellets.

This machine features automatic bag forming, sealing, and date coding. It can be configured with a single weighing bucket or double weighing buckets. In double-bucket mode, materials can be discharged sequentially or in parallel. Parallel discharge doubles the measuring range and maintains accuracy.

• Bag Clamping Device: For models above 25 kg, ensures stable bag opening and accurate filling.

Принцип работы:
Materials fall from the feeding bin into large and small vibrators. Under microcomputer control, vibrators feed materials into the weighing bucket. When close to the target weight, the large vibrator stops while the small continues. Once target weight is reached, the small vibrator stops. After weighing, the bag is filled, the weighing bucket door opens to unload, and the process repeats automatically.
