Workflow

The operator places the bulk bag on the clamping device and attaches all four loops to the hooks.
Upon pressing “Start,” the system clamps the bag and automatically tares the weight.
The feeder begins fast filling, followed by slow feeding for precision.
The vibration device compacts the material to increase bag density.
Once the target weight is reached, the system stops filling and automatically releases the bag for forklift removal.
