The Volumetric Packing Machine is designed for accurate and efficient packaging of a wide range of granular and powder materials.
It uses an open-mouth bagging system where materials are fed, weighed, and dumped into bags clamped on a pneumatic holder. Bags can be picked and placed automatically using the bag placer system.
Ideal for peat soil, seedling substrates, compost, organic fertilizer, ceramsite, and other powders or granules, this machine ensures precise volume weighing and high productivity.

- Semi-Automatic Volumetric System: Manual bag loading with three-speed gravity feeding, fully controlled by an intelligent electric control system.
- High Precision: Equipped with computerized weighing controller and sensor for superior zero stability and gain stability.
- Advanced Functions: Coarse/fine feeding setting, single bag weight setting, bag counting, cumulative weight display, automatic zero adjustment, error correction, out-of-tolerance alarm, and self-diagnosis.
- User-Friendly Interface: Communication interface configurable according to customer needs.
- Durable Construction: Parts in contact with materials are made of 304 stainless steel.
