The DCS-5U is a fully automatic bagging and weighing machine engineered for high-speed, continuous grain packaging operations. Designed to automate the complete packaging cycle — from bag feeding and weighing to filling, sealing, and conveying — the DCS-5U delivers measurable gains in throughput, weight accuracy, and labor efficiency across agricultural, feed, and industrial processing environments.
With a rated capacity of up to 600 bags per hour, this system is suited for large-scale operations packaging rice, wheat, corn, pulses, animal feed, granular fertilizers, and similar free-flowing bulk materials in pre-formed paper or plastic bags.
The DCS-5U integrates every stage of the open-mouth bagging process into a single automated line. Operators load empty bags into the feeder magazine; the machine takes over from there, handling bag extraction, opening, clamping, filling, settling, conveying, and sealing without manual intervention at each stage.
This level of automation removes the most labor-intensive steps from grain packaging lines, reduces per-bag handling errors, and sustains consistent output even during extended production runs.

This range covers the most commonly used 10 kg, 15 kg, and 20 kg consumer and trade bag formats for rice, flour, and animal feed.
The DCS-5U is designed as a standalone packaging unit that can be positioned at the discharge point of a grain handling or processing line. The machine requires a compressed air supply at 750 NL/min and a 3 kW electrical connection.
The transition conveyor at the discharge end is height-adjustable to align with checkweigher tables, bag-labeling stations, automated palletizers, or manual stacking areas — reducing the need for custom mechanical fabrication when integrating into an existing packaging line.
For operations handling multiple product types or bag sizes, the machine’s adjustable bag clamp and filling settings allow quick format changeovers between production runs.
The DCS-5U fills bags in the range of 10 to 20 kg per cycle, which covers standard commercial grain bag sizes.
