소개
The wood pellet bagging machine is designed for precise and efficient weighing and packaging of granular and pellet-shaped materials. Equipped with a high-accuracy weight sensor and intelligent controller, the machine automatically fills bags to the preset weight (e.g., 15 kg/bag). Once the target weight is reached, the filled bag is automatically released onto the conveyor and transported to the sealing station.
Manual assistance is required to keep the bag upright on the conveyor during sealing to prevent spillage and ensure clean packaging results.
This pellet packaging system integrates functions such as automatic weighing, filling, stitching, conveying, and accumulation counting. It is widely used for packaging wood pellets, grains, seeds, feed, and similar bulk materials. The complete system generally includes a packing scale, bag closer (sewing machine), and belt conveyor.
