Dog Food Packing Line – Semi-Automatic Granules Weighing & Filling Machine

Introduction:
This semi-automatic granules packing machine is ideal for a wide range of granular products, including pet food, puffed snacks, candy, nuts (walnuts, pistachios, peanuts), chocolate, melon seeds, quick-frozen foods, dumplings, jelly, plum, rice, corn, and other similar materials. Customization is available according to your packaging requirements.

This series is designed for quantitative packaging with manual bagging and inductive feeding. It delivers high accuracy, fast operation, and long-lasting performance, making it suitable for both food and non-food granular products such as washing powder, monosodium glutamate, and chicken essence.

Features:

• Single-scale or double-scale design: Single scale has one weighing bucket; double scales can discharge materials in turn or in parallel for higher efficiency.
• Accurate and fast: High-precision weighing sensors ensure precise packaging with minimal error.
• Adjustable feeding: Models below 6 kg use double vibrators (fast + slow feeding), models 25 kg+ use gravity feeding combined with vibration feeding for precise control.
• Automatic bag clamping: For models above 25 kg, bag openings are equipped with a clamping device for safe and clean filling.

動作原理：
The DCS-GS series consists of a feeding bin, vibrators, weighing bucket, funnel, and control system. Materials flow into large and small feeding vibrators. The microcomputer-controlled system adjusts vibration intensity to ensure precise filling: large vibrator stops when near the target weight, small vibrator continues until exact weight is reached. After weighing, the material is released into bags, and the system resets automatically for the next cycle.
