Valve Port and Filling Head Configurations

1. Pneumatic Valve Port

2. Ultrasonic (Sealing) Valve Port

Combines filling and sealing in a single station. The ultrasonic head bonds the bag valve shut immediately after filling, eliminating product spillage during palletizing and transport. Recommended for moisture-sensitive materials such as desiccants and wall putty.

3. Impeller Type / Air Floatation Type

The impeller creates a fluidised air-powder mixture at the filling spout, allowing dense or cohesive powders to flow freely into the bag under air pressure. The air floatation variant suspends ultra-fine particles in an airstream for contact-free transfer, reducing compaction inside the bag.

4. Spiral (Screw) Valve Port

A rotating auger screw controls volumetric flow rate from the spout directly into the valve bag opening. Offers tight dosing control for materials with irregular flow behaviour.

5. Screw Opening (Bag Inserter)

An automated bag-placement mechanism accepts pre-stacked open-mouth bags from a magazine and presents them to the filling spout, enabling fully unattended operation on high-volume lines.

6. Gravity Valve Port

Relies on the material’s own weight and flow characteristics. Low-maintenance, low-power option suited to free-flowing granular products where filling speed requirements are moderate.

7. Gravity Opening

Gravity-fed bag presenter for open-mouth sacks. Simplest and lowest-cost opening mechanism, appropriate for semi-automatic configurations.

8. Belt Type Opening

A motorised belt conveyor positions and stabilises the bag beneath the filling spout. Suited to heavier bags and large-format sacks where pneumatic holding alone is insufficient.

9. Big Bag (FIBC) Option

An overhead support frame with hook or loop connection accepts 500 kg to 2,000 kg bulk bags. The same weighing and screw-feed system used for smaller valve bags controls the fill weight, maintaining accuracy at larger scales.
