The DCS-GF series granule packing machines are designed for quantitative packaging of granular and powdered materials, supporting manual bagging and inductive feeding. They are suitable for materials such as washing powder, monosodium glutamate, chicken essence, corn, rice, and wood pellets. The machines deliver high precision, fast speed, and long-term durability.
The series includes single-scale and double-scale models:
- Single scale: one weighing bucket.
- Double scale: two weighing buckets, capable of discharging alternately or simultaneously, effectively doubling the measuring range while maintaining accuracy.

Working Principle
- Manual Bag Loading: Place the bag on the discharging spout and toggle the bag clamping switch.
- Bag Clamping & Feeding: The control system drives the cylinder to clamp the bag while starting the feeding mechanism, sending materials from the silo into the weighing hopper.
- Weighing & Filling: Once the target weight is reached, feeding stops, and the weighing hopper fills the bag via gravity feeding.
- Bag Release & Conveying: The bag clamp opens automatically, and the filled bag falls onto the conveyor, which transports it to the sewing machine. Manual assistance may be used for sewing and bag output to complete the packaging process.
