Semi-Automatic Urea & Compound Fertilizer Bagging Machine

Introduction
This semi-automatic bagging machine is designed for granular and irregular materials, using pneumatic gate or belt feeding and advanced stepless frequency conversion technology. It integrates precise weighing, filling, conveying, and sewing in a compact, user-friendly system.

The machine is suitable for quantitative packaging of granular, powder, block, and irregular materials, such as fertilizers, feed, Chinese medicine granules, premix, washing powder, snacks, sugar cubes, nuts, seeds, grains, MSG, chicken essence, hardware, and more.

Principio de funcionamiento
The DCS-GF granule bagging machine requires manual bag placement. After the bag is clamped, the control system activates the cylinder and feeding mechanism, sending material from the silo into the weighing hopper via gravity feeding. Once the target weight is reached, feeding stops, the bag clamp releases, and the filled bag drops onto the conveyor, which transports it to the sewing machine for sealing, completing the packaging process efficiently.
