Equipment Structure

Includes weighing mechanism, decoupling device, lifting device, outer frame, feeding device, and bag clamping mechanism.

Operation Workflow

1. Place the bulk bag on the clamping mechanism and hook its four corners.
2. Press “Start” to activate the clamping cylinder, which opens and secures the bag mouth.
3. The controller removes the bag weight, and the feeding mechanism fills the bag.
4. The vibration device ensures even distribution of materials and dust removal.
5. Feeding slows as the set weight is reached, stopping automatically with ≤0.5% error.
6. The bag pressing cylinder releases, and the forklift removes the filled bag.
