Introduction / Product Overview:
The DCS-GS series semi-automatic granules weighing and packaging machine is designed for precise, fast, and durable packaging of granular materials. It is suitable for food granules, ice candy, peanuts, coffee beans, melon seeds, rice, salt, sugar, beans, seeds, monosodium glutamate, corn particles, and solid powders such as coffee powder and washing powder.

This series is ideal for quantitative packaging, manual bagging, and inductive feeding of granular products, offering high precision, fast operation, and long service life.

Características principales:

• Single & Double Weighing Buckets: Single-scale machines have one weighing bucket; double-scale machines have two buckets that can discharge sequentially or in parallel, doubling the measuring range and maintaining accuracy.

• High Precision & Fast Speed: Ensures accurate packaging for a wide range of materials.

• Adjustable Feeding System:

  • Models below 6 kg: dual vibrators (large fast feeding, small slow feeding) with adjustable amplitude.

  • Models 25 kg and above: large feeding via gravity, small feeding via vibration with adjustable amplitude.

• Bag Clamping Device: For models above 25 kg, ensures stable bag opening and precise filling.

Working Principle:
Materials fall from the feeding bin into large and small vibrators. Under microcomputer control, the vibrators feed materials into the weighing bucket. When close to target weight, the large vibrator stops, and the small vibrator continues. Once target weight is reached, the small vibrator stops. After weighing, the bag is filled, the weighing bucket door opens for unloading, and the process repeats automatically.
