Introducción:
This granule packing machine is designed for accurate volumetric packaging of powdery or particulate materials in feed, food, grain, chemical, and fertilizer industries. Working Principle:

  1. Manually place the bag on the machine’s discharge spout and activate the bag clamping switch.
  2. The control system drives the cylinder, clamping the bag while starting the feeding mechanism.
  3. Materials flow into the weighing hopper via gravity feeding until reaching the target weight.
  4. Feeding stops, the bag clamp opens, and the filled bag falls onto the conveyor.
  5. The bag is transported to the sewing machine for sealing and then output manually to complete packaging.
