Automatic Animal Feed Bagging & Sewing Machine with Conveyor System

The DCS-5U automatic bagging and sewing machine is designed for efficient packaging of animal feed, grains, and powders. It supports 10–20kg bags and can process up to 600 bags/hour with minimal labor. The system integrates automatic bag feeding, weighing, filling, degassing, conveying, and sewing, ensuring high precision and reliable operation.

1. Automatic Bag Feeder: Stores ~200 empty bags with continuous supply.
2. Empty Bag Extraction & Opening: Vacuum sucker and bag clamping mechanism prepare bags for filling.
3. Transition Hopper: Connects metering system to bagging machine.
4. Bag Filling & Bottom Tapping: Ensures full material implementation in each bag.
5. Horizontal & Vertical Conveying: Guides filled bags to the sealing unit.
6. Sealing & Sewing: KS series heat sealing ensures leakproof, neat bag mouths.
