This semi-automatic granules packing machine is designed for pet food (dog and cat pellets), grains, powder, and other particulate materials. It ensures high-precision weighing, efficient bagging, and reliable performance.

Struktur
The machine consists of an automatic packing scale unit and matching components: conveyor, hemming machine, and heat seal machine. Materials are fed via the conveyor. The feeding system is suitable for materials with poor flowability, including powdery or granular products. Key components include:

Arbeitsprinzip

1. Place the bag manually on the discharging port and turn on the bag clamping switch.
2. The control system drives the cylinder to clamp the bag.
3. The feeding mechanism transfers material from the silo to the weighing hopper using gravity feeding.
4. When the target weight is reached, the feeder stops, and the bag clamp releases.
5. The bag falls onto the conveyor and moves to the sewing machine.
6. After sewing and sealing, the bag is discharged, completing the packaging cycle.
