The DCS-GF1 granule bag filler is designed for quantitative packaging of granular materials in industries such as grain, rice, seeds, fertilizer, chemicals, and food. It integrates weighing, filling, bag clamping, and conveying, ensuring high accuracy, fast speed, and stable operation.

Arbeitsprinzip

1. Manual Bag Loading: Place the bag on the discharging spout and toggle the bag clamping switch.
2. Bag Clamping & Feeding: The control system drives the cylinder to clamp the bag while starting the feeding mechanism, sending materials from the silo into the weighing hopper.
3. Weighing & Filling: Once the target weight is reached, feeding stops, and the weighing hopper fills the bag via gravity feeding.
4. Bag Release & Conveying: The bag clamping device opens automatically, and the filled bag falls onto the conveyor to the sewing machine. Manual assistance may be used for sewing and bag output to complete the packaging process.
