Dog Food Packing Line | Semi-Automatic Granules Filling & Weighing Machine
The DCS-GS series semi-automatic granules filling and weighing machine is ideal for dog food, grains, nuts, puffed snacks, candy, frozen foods, chocolate, and other granular products. It supports manual bagging and inductive feeding, ensuring accurate, fast, and durable quantitative packaging.
The series includes single-scale and double-scale models:
- Single scale: one weighing bucket.
- Double scale: two weighing buckets that can discharge alternately or simultaneously, effectively doubling capacity while maintaining accuracy.
This system can be customized according to your packaging material and weight requirements.

Note: Models below 6kg use dual vibrators: one for fast feeding (large) and one for slow feeding (small), amplitude adjustable. Models 25kg and above: large feeding via gravity, small feeding via vibration; small feeding amplitude adjustable. Bag opening includes bag clamping device.
Arbeitsprinzip
- Feeding: Materials fall into large and small feeding vibrators from the feeding bin.
- Weighing: Controlled by microcomputer, both vibrators feed materials into the weighing bucket. The electronic scale monitors the weight dynamically.
- Fine Adjustment: When material weight nears the target, large vibration stops, small vibration continues. Once target weight is reached, small vibration stops.
- Bagging: After weighing, the weighing bucket opens to unload materials into the bag.
- Automatic Reset: The weighing bucket closes automatically, and the feeding process restarts for the next bag.
