Workflow of the Automatic Bagging Machine
- Automatic Bag Feeder – Two horizontally arranged trays can hold about 200 empty bags. When one tray runs out, the system automatically switches to the next for continuous feeding.
- Empty Bag Extraction – The vacuum suction device picks up each bag from the feeder.
- Bag Opening – The vacuum sucker opens the mouth of each empty bag precisely.
- Bag Clamping & Filling – The bag is clamped firmly while the filling nozzle inserts into the bag to start feeding material.
- Transition Hopper – Acts as a stable link between the weighing system and the filling machine.
- Bag Bottom Tapping Device – Gently taps the filled bag bottom to settle materials evenly.
- Bag Transfer & Clamping Device – Moves the filled bag to the conveyor while holding the mouth for sealing.
