The DCS-GF1 granule bagging machine is designed for fast and accurate quantitative packaging of granular materials. It is widely used in grain, rice, seeds, fertilizer, animal feed, chemical, and food industries. This semi-automatic system integrates weighing, filling, bag clamping, conveying, and optional sewing, ensuring reliable and high-efficiency packaging.

Arbeitsprinzip

1. Place the bag manually on the discharging spout and activate the bag clamping switch.
2. The control system drives the cylinder to clamp the bag, while the feeding mechanism transfers material from the silo to the weighing hopper using gravity feeding.
3. Once the target weight is reached, feeding stops, the hopper closes, and the bag clamp releases.
4. The filled bag falls onto the conveyor and is transported to the sewing machine. Manual assistance may be required for sewing and output.
