Workflow:

1. Place the bulk bag on the clamping mechanism and hang its four corners on the hooks.
2. Press the “start” button to activate the clamping cylinder, which secures the bag mouth and opens the four corners.
3. The controller automatically deducts the bag weight and the feeding mechanism fills the bag with material.
4. The vibration device ensures uniform filling, releasing excess air and maintaining density.
5. When the target weight is reached, filling slows, then stops. The bag is released, and a forklift moves it away.
6. Error rate is maintained below 0.5% for precise and consistent filling.
