The working process is simple and efficient: manually place the jumbo bag onto the bag clamp, press the start button, and the machine will automatically clamp the bag, lock the four loops, feed materials, weigh accurately, and discharge into the jumbo bag. The filled bag is then transported via a heavy-duty conveyor and can be moved by forklift to the next process.

Workflow

1. Place the bulk bag on the clamping mechanism. Hang the four corners of the bag on the hook device.
2. Press the Start button to activate the clamping cylinder, which presses and opens the bag mouth.
3. The PLC controller automatically deducts the bag weight and starts the feeding system.
4. Materials are vibrated to settle properly while excess air escapes, ensuring uniform filling.
5. Feeding slows down as the target weight approaches, stopping automatically when the set weight is reached.
6. The bag pressing cylinder releases the bag, and the filled bag is ready for transport by forklift or conveyor.
7. Measurement error is less than ±0.5%, ensuring precise bagging.
