مبدأ العمل

The DCS-GF granules bagging machine requires manual bag placement. The process is as follows:

1. Place the bag onto the machine’s discharging port manually.
2. Turn on the bag clamping switch.
3. Upon receiving the bagging signal, the control system activates the cylinder, and the bag gripper secures the bag.
4. The feeding mechanism delivers materials from the silo to the weighing scale via gravity feeding.
5. When the target weight is reached, feeding stops, and the bag clamping device releases the bag automatically.
6. The filled bag falls onto the conveyor, which transports it to the sewing machine.
7. After sewing and sealing, the finished bag is outputted, completing one bagging cycle.
