إن DCS-GF series granules bagging machine is a fast and efficient quantitative packaging solution integrating weighing, filling, sewing, and conveying. Widely used in light industry, chemical, metallurgy, building materials, ports, mining, food, and grain industries, it delivers high precision, speed, and durability.
مبدأ العمل
- Manual Bag Loading: Place the bag on the discharging port and turn on the bag clamping switch.
- Automatic Bag Clamping & Feeding: Upon receiving the bagging signal, the control system drives the cylinder to clamp the bag while the feeder sends material from the silo to the weighing scale. Gravity feeding ensures stable flow.
- Weighing & Filling: When the target weight is reached, the feeding mechanism stops automatically, and the bag clamping device releases.
- Conveying & Sewing: The filled bag drops onto the conveyor, which transports it to the sewing machine for sealing. The completed bag is then output, completing the packaging process.
