50 Lb Wood Pellet Bagging Machine | Grain and Seed Packing System

Introduction

The pellet bagging machine (also known as a wood pellet packaging machine) is designed for automatic weighing and bag filling of granular materials. Equipped with a high-precision weight sensor and digital controller, it ensures accurate and consistent packaging.
When the preset weight (for example, 15kg/bag) is reached, the system automatically discharges the filled bag to the heat sealing or sewing section via the conveyor. An operator only needs to guide the bag to ensure stability during transfer, preventing spillage or misalignment.

This semi-automatic pellet packing system is ideal for quantitative weighing, filling, stitching, and conveying of both powdered and granular materials such as pellets, grains, feed, fertilizer, seeds, and similar products.
A standard configuration includes a weighing scale, bag closer (heat sealer or sewing machine), and a belt conveyor.
