Working Principle
The DCS-GF granules bagging machine operates as follows:
- Manual Bag Loading: Place the bag onto the discharging port of the machine.
- Bag Clamping: Turn on the bag clamping switch. The control system activates the cylinder, and the bag gripper secures the bag.
- Feeding: The gravity-fed mechanism sends material from the silo to the weighing scale.
- Weighing: When the target weight is reached, the feeding stops, and the bag clamping device releases the bag automatically.
- Conveying & Sewing: The filled bag falls onto the conveyor, which transports it to the sewing machine. After sewing and sealing, the bag is outputted to complete the packaging cycle.
