Introduction
The DCS-GF series granule packing machine is designed for semi-automatic quantitative packaging of granular and free-flowing materials. It offers high weighing accuracy, reliability, and ease of operation. Widely used in feed, food, seeds, metallurgy, pharmaceutical, chemical, non-metallic minerals, rubber, fertilizer, and other industries.

Working Principle
The DCS-GF bagging machine requires manual bag loading. Once the bag is placed on the discharge port and the clamping switch is activated, the control system drives the cylinder to clamp the bag. Simultaneously, the feeding mechanism transfers material from the silo to the weighing scale. The gravity-fed system stops when the target weight is reached, the bag clamp releases, and the filled bag drops onto the conveyor. The conveyor transports it to the sewing machine for sealing, completing the bagging process.
