Working Principle
- Set target weight: The operator sets the desired packaging weight via the control instrument.
- Bag placement: Manually place the packaging bag on the blanking port and activate the bag clamping switch.
- Automatic clamping & feeding: Upon receiving the bagging signal, the control system drives the air cylinder, clamping the bag. The double-screw feeding mechanism transfers material from the silo to the weighing scale.
- Completion: When the target weight is reached, the bag clamp releases automatically. The filled bag falls onto the conveyor, which transports it to the sewing machine. Manual assistance may be applied for sewing and final output.
